One oil. Every size we could justify.

Our Story

A single carrier oil, made to disappear into whatever you put it in, and stocked from a half-ounce sample all the way to a four hundred pound drum.

10 Sizes, 0.5 oz to 400 lb
100% Pure, Nothing Added
Odorless And Colorless
Stable Fractionated, Long-Keeping

One Oil, Ten Sizes

Most shops selling carrier oil are selling forty of them. We sell one, and we stock it in every size we could justify holding.

Fractionated coconut oil is the workhorse of the carrier world. It is what you reach for when the oil is supposed to get out of the way: when the blend on top is the point, when a client is on the table for ninety minutes, or when a formula needs a base that behaves the same way in January as it does in July.

Selling one thing means the half-ounce bottle and the four hundred pound drum are the same oil at the same specification. A formulator can sample at 0.5 oz, test a batch at 16 oz, and scale to a drum without requalifying anything, because nothing changed between them.

It also means our stock, our pricing and our shipping are all built around a single product rather than spread thin across a catalog.

Built to Disappear Into a Blend

Fractionated coconut oil extends essential oils without altering their scent. That is the entire job, and most of what makes an oil good at it is what it does not do.

It is odorless and colorless, so it contributes nothing to a blend that you did not put there. It stays liquid at any temperature, so there is no melting, no cloudy jar on a cold morning and no separation halfway down a bottle. It absorbs quickly and never turns greasy, which matters more over a long massage than it does in a two minute test on the back of your hand.

It is non-comedogenic, hexane-free, vegan and cruelty-free, and it is 100% pure with no additives, no fragrances and no preservatives. Nothing is carried in it except the oil itself.

From a Sample Bottle to a Four Hundred Pound Drum

Ten sizes run from 0.5 oz to 400 lb, and the ladder exists so that nobody has to buy in the wrong unit. Retail customers take a bottle. Massage practices take gallons. Soap makers, candle makers and small brands take pails and drums.

Bulk pricing scales properly rather than pretending to: the per-ounce cost at 400 lb is a fraction of the per-ounce cost at half an ounce, which is the whole reason to buy at volume. Sizes above 5 lb ship as freight and can take a little longer to leave, and if the size you need sits between two of ours, ask and we will quote it.

Orders leave within one to two business days, and shipping is free over thirty-nine dollars.

Built to Keep

Fractionation is what gives this oil its stability. The fats most likely to turn are the ones taken out, which is why it keeps far longer than the unsaturated oils it usually sits beside on a shelf.

Cool, Dark, Sealed

Keep it out of direct sunlight and close the cap after each use. There is no refrigeration to remember and nothing to melt before you can pour it.

Nothing Added

No additives, no fragrance, no preservatives. What is in the bottle is fractionated coconut oil and nothing else.

Who Buys From Us

Bodyworkers and blenders, mostly, and the people who supply them.

Massage therapists and bodyworkers are the largest group. Fractionated coconut is the default table oil because the slip lasts, it does not go tacky halfway through, and it washes out of linens far more easily than heavier oils do.

After them come the blenders: aromatherapists diluting essential oils, soap and candle makers, and small skincare brands who need a base that behaves identically batch after batch. And then everyone doing it at home, working through a 4 oz bottle on hair, skin and whatever recipe they found on this site.

What Stays the Same in Every Size

Six things that do not change between the sample bottle and the drum.

One Specification

The oil in the 0.5 oz bottle is the oil in the 400 lb drum. Sampling and scaling do not mean requalifying.

Odorless and Colorless

It contributes nothing of its own to a blend, which is exactly what a carrier is supposed to do.

Always Liquid

No melting, no clouding, no separating. It pours the same way at any room temperature.

Hexane-Free

No hexane anywhere in the process, at any size we sell.

Vegan and Cruelty-Free

Across the whole range, retail bottles and bulk drums alike.

Nothing Added

100% pure, with no additives, fragrances or preservatives blended in on the way to the bottle.

The Guides Come From the Same People as the Oil

This site is not a storefront with a blog bolted onto it. The how-to guides, the DIY recipes, the comparisons and the buying guides are the larger half of what we do, and they are written to be useful whether or not you buy anything here.

That is deliberate. A carrier oil is only as good as what you do with it, and the questions people actually have are practical ones: how much to dilute, what to use on hair, what will not clog pores, how to get oil out of a towel.

If you find something here that answers your question and you never buy a bottle, that is a fair outcome. If you do buy one, you already know what it is for.

Plain Talk Before You Buy

We make no medical claims. This is a cosmetic carrier oil, and the guides on this site describe how people use it rather than what it will do for anybody.

Coconut is treated as a tree nut for United States allergen labeling, even though botanically it is a drupe rather than a nut. Genuine coconut allergy is uncommon, but it exists. Patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or a known nut allergy, and keep the oil away from your eyes.

Fractionated is not the same as virgin, and we do not present it as such. Virgin coconut oil keeps its coconut aroma and solidifies below about seventy-six degrees Fahrenheit, which is lovely in a body butter and a problem in a carrier. Fractionation is what buys you an oil that stays liquid, stays neutral and keeps for a year or two. If what you want is the smell of coconut, buy virgin instead and we will happily point you at a guide about it.

Start Small, Scale When You Need To
